Reiki Classes

This Reiki Level 1 Certification course is your first step into a powerfully transformative healing journey. Reiki 1 is a foundational course that focuses on self-healing. When we are able to cultivate more compassion for ourselves and process old wounds, we free up space and energy to extend that healing beyond ourselves. We are able to remove blockages that keep us feeling stuck deter us from living our most authentic life. We enable ourselves to move through life with less worry and anger, and more calm and peace. We realign to the path of our highest and greatest good. Everyone can practice reiki. There are absolutely no contraindications to learning and practicing reiki, only a lifetime of benefits.

This full-day course includes a beautiful manual of the teachings with space for journaling and a printed certificate. Class can be taught 1:1 or in a small group. Lunch provided for in person classes.
